Day 5. Post-morning practice.

My muscles are feeling the toll of a twice daily yoga practice. Conditioning, baby! My boot camp instructor at the gym asked me why I was going so slow on the bike for our first cardio set, and that made me realize how fatigued my body was feeling! However, I pedaled through it with JT crooning on my headphones (I had to drown out the bad house mix of a Carly Rae Jepsen song that was playing for class). Now that all that morning activity is done, I feel quite refreshed and energized. Happy Friday!!
