Wake-up factor: 10. I was so eager to work out, that my body decided to wake up at 4 am. ARGH.
Pre-workout factor: 4. I lay in bed from 4 until 6 am. Too warm to get out of bed!
Post-workout factor: 9! Another great morning getting rev’d up with Blogilates action! I was dismayed to yet again only have time to do 2 of the 4 videos for the day.
Breakfast: quick oats with half a banana and a cup of sliced strawberries.
Lunch: California salad from Asante Café (mixed greens, green apple slices, avocado, walnuts, cherry tomatoes and chopped red pepper) with marinated chicken.
Parting words: Looking forward to the first boot camp class of the year at the Y tomorrow morning!
